If you have a newborn, a baby on the way, or a child of any age, a humidifier is an important investment in your child's health and comfort. In Indianapolis, where we are based, we associate summer with an increase in humidity, but, elsewhere in our great land, summers are extremely dry. Outside, the dry heat may feel better than Hoosier mugginess; inside, however, the extra-dry air is not the best thing for your child's health. In addition to being good for your child's health, our Crane humidifiers are perfect for the decor of your child's room--as the photograph above makes clear, they are cute! Also, if you are finding your child's room difficult to cool now that we are officially in summer, you may want to purchase a battery powered fan (battery operated fan) and an AirFlow Breeze register booster (air register booster, heating and air conditioning booster), which can usually lower the temperature of a "problem room" by 3-5 ℉.
